The courtyard garden was created by Yoshiro Nonoichi, who was selected as a “Contemporary Master Craftsman” by the government and was in charge of landscaping at Kanazawa Station, Kenrokuen Garden, and other tourist facilities. The garden, with its traditional Japanese beauty, will calm your mind and free you from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

A kitchen space located in the middle of the “Tori-niwa” (doma), a passageway that extends from the entrance to the inner garden—one of the defining features of Kanazawa machiya.
A harmonious fusion of traditional lattice-style design and striking modern equipment creates a unique culinary experience.
Tableware includes "Kutani ware", a traditional Ishikawa craft, and from ARAS, a local Ishikawa tableware manufacturer.

This tasty chicken soup is rich in nutrients, with the gentle flavor of slow-cooked whole chicken and the rich extract of ginseng. Containing high quality protein and fat, it is highly nutritious and easy to digest, warming the body from the inside out. The whole chicken is carefully hand-rolled and the skin and bones are removed, so it can be served just by heating it up.
